• orders will be processed and mailed within 1-2 weeks, please be patient with me as i work a full-time job!
• address checks will be sent before mailing, therefore please be thorough with checking!
• untracked mail will be suitable for paper products i.e. 1-2 photocards, stickers and sticker sheets but AYOR.
• all tracked mail can be tracked here

• no backing out. no refunds will be made after order is placed.
• any changes to order please DM/email me ASAP, otherwise no changes to be made after order is packed and mailed. 
• please double-check your address and details. i will not be liable for any loss/damage of mail due to the courier. 
• i will ensure your items are packed safely. in the event your mail is damaged, please provide an unboxing video and i will determine refunds based on damage severity. no unboxing video = no refunds.
